Kathleen Rosen Connors
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Kathleen, founder and CEO of Voltrek, brings business and investment strategy expertise to the company. She led the development of Voltrek’s proprietary turnkey solution and acts as a project manger. In additions she focuses on key business relationships that will advance building electric vehicle infrastructure. Kathleen served a term on the Massachusetts ZEV commission and frequently presents at industry events.
Energy is not foreign to Kathleen. She started her career as a futures and stock broker working on an institutional energy desk for Prudential Securities. She later served as the Director of Marketing at Paradigm Global Advisors, Inc., a global alternative investment services firm, managing in excess of $1 billion USD. In 2008 she founded BlueWater Capital Partners, Inc., an alternative investment company in the British Virgin Islands and acted as a consultant in the industry.
Kathleen is a licensed VFR single engine pilot. Despite this, she recently attempted to overcome her fear of heights by hurdling herself OUT of a perfectly good airplane (attached to a parachute and instructor of course). The fear remains but the view on the ride down was worth it!
Senior Project Manager & Lead Engineer
Mr. Iannazzi is a Master Electrician and Civil Engineer, and has owned and operated an independent electrical contracting and consulting firm for over 30 years. He has worked on hundreds of projects throughout New England, and, if asked, can still recall the details from every single one. Phil has been an integral part of the team providing site design and engineering with Voltrek since its inception.
Phil gives his full attention to each new project – taking pride in providing only the highest quality work.
In addition to his unrelenting work ethic, Phil is an avid proponent of youth athletics, and makes time to coach and support several local teams. Go Phil!
Suzanne Kawadler Griffin
Director of Client Relations
Ms. Kawadler Griffin spent more than a decade working with emerging and established corporations in the high tech, renewable energy, fashion and healthcare sectors. She is a seasoned marketing and public relations strategist with solid management experience. Prior to Voltrek, Ms. Kawadler Griffin ran a small consulting firm focused on Marketing, Public Relations and Writing. Previously, she worked at Captivate Network, a media company that installed television screens with targeted content in the elevators of high-rise office towers across North America. Before that, Ms. Kawadler Griffin managed several key accounts for FitzGerald Communications, a boutique, high tech public relations firm.
Ms. Kawadler Griffin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a concentration in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Director of Service
With more than a decade of technical service experience at industry leaders including Comcast and Dish Network, Paul is responsible for operating Voltrek’s Service Group. Paul diligently monitors EV station performance, works with vendors to diagnose issues and performs repairs and routine maintenance as a certified technician.
In addition to his service group responsibilities, Paul manages some of Voltrek’s project installations for new and existing clients. Paul’s outstanding attention to detail, efficiency and technical knowledge coupled with his warm demeanor, make him perfectly suited for this position. In a former life, some time ago Paul owned and operated several restaurants. He holds a degree in the culinary arts from Newbury College and keeps the office staff well fed.
Ms. Casey has been with Voltrek since inception offering her creative talents in addition to many of her other useful skills. Sometimes we just call her “Girl Friday” because if you need to get something done she’s your girl. She helped choose our very first logo design and recently managed our complete website and branding over haul.
Currently Jen lives in Maryland where she owns and operates a successful photography and design business. With a background in the arts and attention to detail she is able to use her skills to tell her client’s stories in various forms of digital media.
She is an educator at heart and often gives workshops to other creatives on photography, editing, graphic design, marketing, and business practices.
Mr. Iannazzi is the resident Jack-of-all-trades, having over 7 years experience in project management, technical writing, IT, product logistics, and customer support. He’s taken point on major projects in each area – from designing and overseeing the installation of a building façade, to executing $100-million inventory moves for major technology sales providers. Odds are, if a project needs doing, he can handle it.
Anthony holds a Masters in Science in Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell. He also holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Philosophy, and spends his free time writing scientific articles and recording podcasts.
Fenway & Pippa
Before the idea of Voltrek even had a name Fenway was right there laying at Kat's feet and from it's inception Fenway's loyal and intelligent coon hound ways have been vital to morale within the company.
We're all still adjusting to Fenway's "retirement" and he surely is missed each and every day. We wish him the best chasing bunnies along the rainbow bridge in the sky.
Stepping in with big paws to fill is little Pippa. Her spunk and energy has added a lot to our team. She sure is a go-getter. No one in the office chases their tail quite like her.
You can always count on Pippa to let you know when it's time for a break or lunch. She's always ready for lunch.
